Hot take: just stick with the default sensitivity. Changing it too much might throw off your muscle memory. But if you must, 'sensitivity x' in the console is the way to go.

Changing your in-game sensitivity in CS:GO through the console is pretty straightforward. Just open the console by pressing the ` key (usually located under the Esc key), and then type 'sensitivity x', where 'x' is the sensitivity value you want. For example, if you want a sensitivity of 2.5, you'd type 'sensitivity 2.5' and hit Enter. Remember, the lower the number, the more you've gotta move your mouse, so find that sweet spot!

Been tweaking my sensitivity for years, and the console command 'sensitivity x' is a lifesaver. Pro tip: start with your current DPI and adjust the sensitivity in small increments. It's all about precision and comfort.
