How to change map scale in CS:GO

To adjust the map scale in CS:GO, you gotta dive into the game settings. First, hit the 'Escape' key to bring up the main menu while you're in-game. Then, head over to 'Settings', look for 'Game Settings', and find the option for 'HUD Size' or 'Minimap Size'. Here, you can tweak the size of the map to your liking. If you wanna get super precise, you can also mess around with the console by pressing the '`' key (that's the tilde key, usually above 'Tab') and entering commands like 'cl_radar_scale 0.3' to get the exact size you're comfortable with. Just replace '0.3' with whatever value suits your needs!

Honestly, tweaking the in-game settings works fine, but if you're like me and spend way too much time perfecting your setup, console commands are the way to go. I adjusted my radar scale with 'cl_radar_scale 0.4' because the default was just too small for my liking. Made it so much easier to see enemies and objectives at a glance!
