Easiest way? Just select Lake from the map choices in your game settings if you're playing with friends or on your own server. No need for console wizardry!

Just a heads up, not all servers will let you switch maps willy-nilly. So if you're playing online with others, you might have to convince the server admin or vote for a map change amongst players.
