Changing your Pokémon's picture in Pokémon Scarlet is pretty straightforward. Just head into your Pokédex, select the Pokémon whose picture you want to change, and then tap on the camera icon. Just hit up the Pokédex, guys! Select your fav mon and hit the camera icon. Choose or take a pic. Boom! It's all about making that Pokédex your own.

You can't change a Pokémon's picture directly in-game. What you can do, though, is take pictures using the camera feature and save those as your personal memories. So, technically, you personalize your experience, not the Pokémon's profile per se.
