Just a heads-up, you can only rename Pokemon you originally caught. If you got it through a trade and it already has a nickname, you're stuck with it unless it's from an NPC trade which sometimes lets you rename.

Easy peasy! Just head over to any Pokemon Center and look for the Name Rater. He's the guy who can change your Pokemon's name for you. Just make sure the Pokemon you wanna rename is in your party, talk to him, and voila, you can give your buddy a new name!
