Changing your Pokémon's name in Pokémon Scarlet is pretty straightforward! Just head to any Pokémon Center, and look for the NPC named the Name Rater. He's the key to renaming your Pokémon. Talk to him, choose the Pokémon whose name you wanna change, and voila! New name, new identity. Just keep in mind, you can only rename Pokémon that you've caught yourself.
