How to change server in CS:GO

Changing servers in CS:GO isn't as straightforward as pressing a button, but you've got a few methods to try. First, you can use the console command 'mm_dedicated_search_maxping [value]' where [value] is the maximum ping in milliseconds you'll accept from a server. Lowering this value might connect you to servers closer to you, hence changing your server. Another way is to join a community server by using the 'Community Server Browser' where you can pick servers based on location. Lastly, if you're looking to play with friends from a different region, have them host the game or use a VPN to appear as if you're from another region.

Easiest way? Use a VPN. Just make sure it's a good one that doesn't hike your ping too high. Set it to the country you wanna play in, and boom, you're on those servers.

Honestly, just play on the servers the game puts you in. The system is designed to match you with the best possible connection based on your location. Changing servers manually might just give you a worse experience with higher latency.
