Just put '-tickrate 128' in your server command line. 128 is what pros use. Anything less is child's play.

Honestly, setting your tickrate to 128 is overrated unless you're super competitive. Stick with 64 and save yourself the hassle.

Changing your CS:GO server's tickrate is straight-up wizardry! Okay, not really, but it does need you to dive into the server settings. When you're setting up your server, add '-tickrate [desired tickrate]' to your command line. For example, '-tickrate 128' for that smooth 128 tick. Remember, the default is 64, so pump it up for a better experience if your server can handle it!

I tried changing my CS:GO server to 128 tick thinking I'd become a pro overnight. Spoiler: didn't happen, but the game feels SO much smoother. Totally worth it if your rig can take it.
