Changing the color of your CS:GO mouse cursor is a bit of a workaround since the game itself doesn't offer a direct option to do this. But, you can achieve this by changing your Windows mouse settings. Head to the Control Panel > Mouse Properties > Pointers, and here you can select a new cursor scheme or browse for a cursor file in the color you want. Once you apply these changes, your new mouse color should be visible when you play CS:GO. Remember, this changes your cursor color system-wide, not just in-game.

I did the whole changing cursor color thing and it's awesome! Found a neon green cursor online that totally stands out against all the CS:GO maps. Makes it much easier to see where I'm pointing in the heat of the battle. 10/10 would recommend spicing things up this way.
