Just bind a key to toggle the zoom. Open the console (`~`) and type `bind "+attack2" "+zoom"; bind "-attack2" "-zoom"` to toggle zoom on right click. Remember, you can swap "+attack2" with any key you prefer!

To change the toggle on a sniper in CS:GO, you need to access the game settings. Hit `Esc` to bring up the menu, go to 'Options', then 'Game Settings'. Been there, done that. Switching to toggle made my sniping game way better. The hassle of pressing and holding was too much in intense situations. Definitely recommend changing it.
