Just turn 'em all off, lol. Seriously, 'voice_scale 0' in console and enjoy the silence. Sometimes it's golden.

Oh, the classic dilemma of blaring teammates! Easy fix: Open the console by pressing the '`' key (left of the 1 key), then type 'voice_scale [value]'. The [value] is a number between 0 and 1, where 1 is the loudest and 0 is completely mute. So, if you wanna lower the volume to, say, half, you'd type 'voice_scale 0.5'. Adjust as needed until your ears are happy!

I usually just adjust the master volume, but that voice_scale trick sounds way better for keeping game sounds crisp while not getting deafened by overly enthusiastic teammates.
