Honestly, who cares about crosshair color? As long as u can aim, you're good. But if u must, just mess around in the settings.

lol just type 'cl_crosshaircolor' followed by the number of the color you want in the console. 0 is red, 1 is green, 2 is yellow, 3 is blue, 4 is cyan, and 5 lets you customize it with RGB values. Easy peasy.
