Easy peasy! Open the console with the tilde key (~), then you can change your crosshair by typing different commands. Start with 'cl_crosshairsize' followed by a number to change the size. Use 'cl_crosshaircolor' followed by a number (0-4) to change the color. There are more commands like 'cl_crosshairgap', 'cl_crosshairthickness', and so on to fine-tune other aspects.
