Changing your name in CS:GO is super easy! Just launch the game and hit the 'Options' menu. Head over to the 'Game Settings' and look for the 'Name' field. Type your new desired name there, and presto, you've got yourself a new identity in the game! Remember, your Steam profile name is what shows up by default, so if you change your Steam name, it'll update in CS:GO too.
