Changing your phone case in Pokemon Scarlet is pretty straightforward! Just head into any Delibird Presents shop in the game. These are found in most towns/cities across the Paldea region. Once you're inside, talk to the clerk, and you'll be able to buy different phone cases. After purchasing, open your in-game menu, go to the 'Bag' section, and then to the 'Key Items' tab. Find your new phone case and select it to change. Voila, your Rotom Phone is now snazzy and new!

Honestly? I tried changing it once and didn't see the point. The default case is just fine, and it's not like the Pokemon care. Focus on the battles!
