To change your viewmodel in CS:GO, you'll need to use the console commands. Open up the console by pressing ` (the key above Tab on your keyboard) and type in 'viewmodel_fov X', replacing X with a value between 54 and 68 - this changes how much of the gun you see. You can also adjust the viewmodel's offset using 'viewmodel_offset_x', 'viewmodel_offset_y', and 'viewmodel_offset_z' commands to move it left/right, closer/further, and up/down respectively. If you want to save these settings, you should create an autoexec.cfg file in your CS:GO directory and paste these commands there.

Just go into your game settings, and you'll find the viewmodel settings under the Game tab. Some presets can be toggled without needing to open the console. It's way easier!

Honestly, don't mess with it too much, the default view is fine. Changing it too much can make things weird.
