Easy peasy! Just open the console in CS:GO (you might need to enable it in the game settings first), and then type in 'cl_showfps 1'. This command will show your FPS in the corner of your screen. If you want to hide it again, just type 'cl_showfps 0'.

Honestly, just use Steam's built-in FPS counter. Go to Steam settings, head over to the 'In-Game' tab, and you'll find the FPS counter settings there. You can choose which corner of the screen it sits in too. No need to mess with console commands.
