Easy peasy! Just launch CS:GO and hit the 'Play' button to open the matchmaking screen. Your rank shows up next to your username. If you're looking at someone else's profile, it's right there on their CS:GO profile summary. Remember, you gotta play those placement matches to get a rank first!
