Honestly, just reinstall the game. It's the nuclear option for sure, but it's also the cleanest. Clears cache, fixes errors, and gets rid of any unwanted leftovers. Plus, it gives you a fresh start!

Clearing cache in CS:GO is actually simpler than you might think! Just exit the game, head over to your Steam Library, right-click on CS:GO, select 'Properties', and then 'Local Files'.
