You can't technically 'climb' walls in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet the way you might in other games, but once you get the 'ride' upgrade for Koraidon (Scarlet) or Miraidon (Violet) which happens as you progress through the story, these Legendary Pokémon can scale certain rocky surfaces! Just ride up to a scalable wall and they'll do the rest.
