Uninstalling CS:GO is pretty straightforward but remember to delete local files too for a full uninstall. First, in your Steam library, right-click on Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and select 'Manage' > 'Uninstall'. After Steam does its thing, go to your Steam directory (usually in 'Program Files'), find the 'steamapps' folder, and if there's a folder named 'Counter-Strike Global Offensive' or anything CS:GO related, delete it to remove any residual files. This makes sure it's completely gone from your system.

Just hit uninstall in Steam, lol. Why make it complicated?

Don't forget to check if there are any leftover files in your Documents or hidden AppData folders. Sometimes games leave config files or personal settings behind. I found a bunch of old game configs taking up space long after I uninstalled. Always good to do a clean sweep!
