Just plug it in, set in-game audio to 'Headphones', and you're good to go. Honestly, CS:GO isn't super demanding on sound configs. The HyperX Cloud 2 is pretty solid out of the box.

IMO, just disabling the 7.1 surround sound feature gives you a more natural sound stage for CS:GO. Relying too much on simulated surround can sometimes make it harder to pinpoint sounds accurately.
