Easy peasy! Head over to the Steam Support page, then select 'CS:GO' from the list of games. You'll see a bunch of common issues listed, but if those don't help, you can hit 'I need to contact support' at the bottom. Just fill out the form with your issue, and Bob's your uncle!

Honestly, just google 'Steam Support CS:GO' and click the first link. Fill out what's bugging you and wait. They're pretty quick to respond, all things considered.
