How to copy CS:GO from one PC to another

Honestly, just re-download it. Internet's quick these days and it saves you the hassle of missing files or messing something up.

Did it once. Copied the whole 'steamapps' folder to an external HDD, swapped to the new PC, and Steam practically did the rest. Just had to 'install' CS:GO, but it verified the files instead of downloading. Worked like a charm.

Super simple, my friend! First, you gotta make sure Steam is installed on the new PC. Then, head over to your old PC, find the Steam folder (usually under Program Files), and look for the 'steamapps' folder. Inside, there's a 'common' folder where all your game files chill, including CS:GO. Just copy the whole CS:GO folder onto an external drive, then paste it into the same 'steamapps/common' location on your new PC. Fire up Steam, install CS:GO (it'll detect the files you copied over), and you're good to go!
