I've been tweaking CFGs for years. Best advice? Keep it simple. Stick to commands you understand and will actually use. Overcomplicating things can backfire. And always backup your default config before going ham with changes!

Creating a CFG file for CS:GO is pretty straightforward! Just open Notepad (or any text editor of your choice), and type in the commands you want to use in-game. Save the file with a .cfg extension, for example, 'autoexec.cfg'. Then, place this file in your CS:GO cfg folder, usually located at 'Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg'. Remember to enable the file by typing 'exec autoexec.cfg' in the console in-game.
