How to Create a Server in CS:GO Offline

Creating a server in CS:GO offline is pretty straightforward! Just open your CS:GO game, open the console by pressing `~` (you might need to enable it in the game settings under 'Game Settings' > 'Enable Developer Console'). Once you have the console open, type `map` followed by the name of the map you want to play. For example, `map de_dust2` will start Dust II. After pressing enter, give it a few seconds, and voila! You're in your own offline server.

Honestly, just launch the game, hit the '`Play`' button, select '`Play Offline with Bots`', choose your map, and you're all set. No need to mess around with the console unless you want specific settings.

Gotta disagree with making it sound complicated. Literally, click 'Play' > 'Offline with Bots'. Done.
