Honestly, just use the default. All those fancy crosshairs are overrated.

For a quick change, just hit tilde (~) to bring up the console, then type 'cl_crosshairsize' followed by the size you want. 'cl_crosshaircolor' followed by the number for the color, and so on. There's a command for everything!
