Easy peasy! Just hop into the game settings. Look for 'Video Settings' and then dive into the 'Advanced Video Settings'. You'll find all the goodies there like texture detail, shader detail, effect detail, and more. Turn these bad boys down to 'Low'. It's like giving your PC a chill pill, and suddenly, you've got more FPS than you know what to do with!

In game console, type 'mat_savechanges' after you adjust your settings. This magically makes your changes stick. Like setting it in stone but without the hammer and chisel.
