Easiest way? Just head into your CS:GO folder, find the cfg folder and delete everything inside. This will remove all your settings. Remember though, this is a total reset, so make sure you backup any configs you wanna keep.

Not a fan of nuking all settings. Sometimes a few tweaks are all you need rather than starting from zero. Plus, reinstalling takes forever depending on your internet.

Straight up, just uninstall and reinstall the game. It’s like giving your CS:GO a fresh start. Settings, configs, the whole nine yards - gone. You'll be starting from scratch, so it's perfect if you're looking to totally refresh your game.
