Short answer: Nope, you can't. Your CS:GO cloud saves are safe and sound with Valve, no delete button for us! If there's a specific problem you're trying to fix, try looking for other solutions or contact Steam support.

Actually, I managed to 'reset' my settings by deleting the local files on my PC, then when I launched CS:GO, it seemed like it didn't sync with the cloud or something cause all my settings were back to default. Not exactly deleting cloud data but felt pretty close.
