To delete Pokemon Scarlet, just head to the Nintendo Switch Home Screen. Select 'System Settings,' scroll down to 'Data Management,' then 'Delete Save Data.' Find Pokemon Scarlet in the list, select it, and confirm you want to delete. Bam, your game data is gone, like it never existed!

Did it once by accident. Just go to the Switch settings and delete the save data. Easy peasy.
