Literally, just go to the Steam Workshop, unsubscribe from the maps you don't want anymore. They'll stop appearing in your game. Quick and clean!

Deleting your workshop maps in CS:GO is super easy! Just open your Steam client and head to the 'Library' section. Right-click on CS:GO and select 'Properties,' then go to the 'LOCAL FILES' tab and click on 'BROWSE LOCAL FILES.' Dive into the 'csgo' folder, then into 'maps.' From here, you can delete any workshop map files directly. Just make sure you don't delete the default maps by accident!

Eh, why bother? More maps, more fun. Just get a bigger hard drive ;)
