Easy peasy! Just open up your console in game (you gotta enable it in the game settings first) and type 'r_drawtracers_firstperson 0'. This command turns off those bullet tracers from your own weapon. For all bullet impacts, like on walls and stuff, type 'violence_hblood 0'. Remember, changing game settings like this won't work on all servers, especially if you're playing in competitive matches.

I turned off bullet tracers once because I thought it would help me focus better. Honestly, didn't notice much of a difference in my gameplay, but it did make the game feel a bit cleaner. Just type 'r_drawtracers_firstperson 0' in the console and you're golden.
