Easy peasy! Just hop into the game settings, look for 'Controller' or 'Gamepad' settings under the ‘Keyboard/Mouse’ tab, and you should find an option to disable the controller. If that doesn't work, you could also open the console (you might need to enable it first in the game settings) and type 'exec controller.360.cfg' followed by 'unbindall' to unbind the controller commands.

I tried using a controller once, and it was a nightmare. Ended up just switching it off from the settings. Way easier to stick with keyboard and mouse in CS:GO.
