Unfortunately, you can't disable fall damage in official CS:GO matches since it's part of the game mechanics. However, if you're playing on a private server or practicing, you can use the console command 'sv_gravity' followed by a lower number than the default (which is 800) to simulate lower gravity and thus reduce fall damage. Remember, you'll need to have admin rights to the server to do this.

Actually, messing with 'sv_gravity' can be fun in private servers. Set it super low, and you're practically on the moon. Not practical for competitive play, but a good laugh.
