How to disable the FPS cap in CS:GO

Oh, it's like unlocking the beast mode for your game! Just launch CS:GO, open the console by hitting the '~' key. Type 'fps_max 0' (without quotes) and press Enter. This effectively removes any limit, letting your FPS run wild as high as your rig can handle. Remember, though, the higher the FPS, the smoother the game - but your hardware's gotta keep up!

Actually, I'd argue keeping some cap is better for stability. Try 'fps_max 999' instead. It's high enough to feel unlimited but avoids potential issues with going totally uncapped.

I personally set 'fps_max 300' because it gives me a smooth experience without overworking my PC. High enough to not notice any cap, and it keeps my rig cool.
