Easy peasy! Just hit `Shift` + `Tab` to bring up the Steam Overlay while you're in the CS:GO lobby. Then, click on 'Settings' at the bottom, go to the 'In-Game Voice' tab, and uncheck the 'Enable Voice Chat' box. Voila, no more noisy teammates in the lobby!

To silence the cacophony in your CS:GO lobby, you can also use the console command. Open the console with `~` and type `voice_enable 0` to disable voice chat. When you're ready to let the voices back in, just type `voice_enable 1`. Perfect for when you need a moment of peace!
