Cooldown disputes in CS:GO are pretty much a dead end. Valve's system is automated, so unless there was a significant error, you're just gonna have to wait it out.

Had a cooldown once because of a power outage. Emailed Steam Support, explained it was beyond my control, and they actually lifted it. But that's like finding a unicorn, so don't get your hopes up too high.
