Just hit subscribe on the item you want in the Workshop. Steam handles the rest. Easy peasy.

First off, ya gotta have Steam installed and be logged in. Then, head over to the 'Community' tab, find the 'Workshop' under it, and select 'CS:GO'. Browse or search for whatever tickles your fancy. Hit 'Subscribe' on the item page, and Steam will automatically download and add it to your CS:GO game. Pretty straightforward!

As a frequent Workshop browser, best advice: Subscribing is key. Once you do, Steam queues it for download. Next time you fire up CS:GO, you'll find your new skins, maps, or whatever you picked waiting for you. Just remember some items might need you to restart the game or Steam if they don't appear right away.
