Sadly, you can't just drop money in GTA Online like you're making it rain at a club. The game doesn't allow direct cash transfers from one player to another because, well, it would be chaos with money laundering and all. However, you can share the wealth indirectly! Complete a job together and share the earnings through the 'Share Cash from Last Job' option in the inventory menu. Or, get creative and place a bounty on your buddy, then let them survive it to pocket the cash - just watch out for other players hunting them down!
