Honestly, just hire someone to do it. Editing CS:GO models is a pain and not worth the hassle if you're not into this kind of stuff.

To edit CS:GO models with Crowbar, first you gotta download and install Crowbar, the tool made just for decompiling and compiling Source engine models which includes CS:GO ones. Once you got Crowbar up, open it and select 'Decompile'. Choose the CS:GO model file you wanna work on (.mdl). After decompiling, you'll get a bunch of files you can edit with a 3D modeling software. Make your changes, and don't forget to save. Back in Crowbar, switch to 'Compile', and recompile the files back into an .mdl file. Place the edited model back into the game's directory, and boom, you've done it.
