How to edit your crosshair in CS:GO config folder

Just use the in-game console to change your crosshair, way easier. Hit tilde (~), type 'cl_crosshairsize' followed by your desired size, 'cl_crosshaircolor' followed by the color code, and so on for the rest. Changes apply instantly and you can see what you like best without digging through files.

Honestly, don't bother editing config files. Just download a crosshair generator map from the Steam Workshop. It lets you visually customize your crosshair and applies the settings for you.

Editing your crosshair in CS:GO through the config folder is pretty easy! First, navigate to your CS:GO config folder, usually located at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\csgo\cfg. Then, open the file 'config.cfg' or 'autoexec.cfg' with a text editor like Notepad. Scroll down or search for the crosshair settings (they start with "cl_crosshair"). You can change the values after each command to customize your crosshair's size, color, style, and more. If you're not sure about the specific commands, a quick Google search for 'CS:GO crosshair commands' will give you all the info you need!
