How to enable console in CS:GO Panorama

Getting the console up in CS:GO's Panorama UI is pretty straightforward. First, you gotta make sure the game settings allow the console. Go to 'Game Settings', then find 'Enable Developer Console' and set it to 'Yes'. Once you've done that, hitting the tilde key (~), usually found right under the escape key on your keyboard, will bring up the console during the game. Easy peasy!

Honestly, who even uses the console anymore? Just stick to the menus; much easier.

Just press the tilde key (~). If it doesn't pop up, you probably forgot to enable it in the game settings. It's under 'Game Settings' > 'Enable Developer Console'. Set it to 'Yes', and you're golden.
