How to enable non-violence mode in CS: GO

I've played CS:GO for years, hoping for a less graphic option for my younger cousin. No luck with a non-violence mode, but the 'violence_hblood 0' command does make things a tad less gory. Still, it's a game fundamentally about counter-terrorism and conflict - not much room for non-violence there.

Nope, no non-violence mode in CS:GO, my friend. It's all about the pew-pew!

CS:GO doesn't actually have an official 'non-violence mode'. The game is built around its competitive shooting mechanics, so there's no in-game setting to turn off violence or blood. However, you can reduce the graphic content a bit by using the console command 'violence_hblood 0' which disables blood effects. Remember, the core gameplay will still involve shooting and tactical combat.
