Yo, enabling push to talk in CS:GO is super easy! Just launch the game and head to 'Options' > 'Audio Settings'. There, you'll find the 'Enable Voice' option - make sure it's set to 'Push to Talk'. After that, go to 'Keyboard/Mouse' settings, scroll down to 'Use Mic' and set a key for it. Boom, you're all set to communicate like a pro!

Honestly, why bother with push to talk? Just keep it open mic and let the strategy flow uninterrupted. Makes things more dynamic, if you ask me.
