Alright, here's the lowdown for all you cool cats and kittens. First, make sure you're actually standing in your power armor; this ain't a job for your birthday suit. Then, crack open that Pip-Boy and find your power armor under 'Apparel.' Hit the modify button—it'll say what to press. Now, get to the 'Paint' option and slap on that fancy new skin you got. Bam! You're now strutting in style. Just make sure you've unlocked the skin first, okay? No magic tricks here.

Easy peasy lemon squeezy! Just hop into your power armor, open the Pip-Boy, and navigate to the 'Apparel' section. Hover over the power armor in your inventory, and press the button to modify (it varies by platform, so look for the prompt at the bottom of your screen). From there, you can apply any skins you've unlocked by selecting 'Paint' and choosing the one you want. Remember, you gotta have the skin unlocked first, either by earning it in-game or snagging it from the Atomic Shop.

Just apply it from the 'Paint' menu. You do need to unlock the skin first though.
