Leveling up is the key! Just keep training your Dragonair and once it hits level 55, voila, it'll evolve into that majestic Dragonite. Make sure to battle every trainer and wild Pokemon you can to rack up those experience points. It's a bit of a grind but totally worth it for Dragonite.
