One word: Rare Candy. In Pokemon Violet, if your Pokemon hit the big 100 without evolving, you gotta use a Rare Candy. Even though they can't gain more levels, the evolution criteria gets checked when you use one. So, stock up on those sweet, sweet Rare Candies!

Unfortunately, you can't evolve a Pokemon at level 100 in Pokemon Violet through normal leveling up since they can't gain any more experience. But, there's a workaround with an item called the Rare Candy. Using it on a level 100 Pokemon will trigger any unfulfilled evolution conditions (assuming all other conditions are met). It's like convincing your Pokemon there's always room for growth, even at the top!

No luck there. Once you hit level 100, that Pokemon's done evolving through the usual level-up process. Gotta plan your evolutions before hitting the level cap!
