I actually evolved my Azurill by just walking around with it a lot and using a Soothe Bell! The Soothe Bell increases the happiness your Pokémon gains, so it's super useful. Also, don't forget to give it some berries that boost happiness. Worked for me!

Evolving Azurill is all about the happiness! You gotta make sure your Azurill is super happy with you. This means leveling it up, keeping it in your party, using items on it, and avoiding letting it faint in battles. Once Azurill reaches a high enough happiness level, it'll evolve into Marill the next time it levels up. So, treat it like your best bud, and you'll see it transform!
