Evolving Charcadet in Pokemon Violet is a cool process! You need an item called 'Auspicious Armor'. It's not just your typical evolution stone. This special armor can be found by defeating titan pokemon or by trading with an NPC located in Zapapico, a town in the game. Once you have the Auspicious Armor, just give it to Charcadet to hold, and bam, you've got yourself an Armarouge!
